League leaders call at Riccarton today

Today is a momentous day at the John Brydson Arena – the new stands will be available for an East of Scotland match for the first time. Appropriately for such an occasion, our visitors are the top side in the League – Kelty Hearts. Kelty has won all nineteen of its games in the League so far, scoring 132 goals for the loss of nine, so it’s fair to say they’ll start favourites for this one! Kick-off is at the unusual time of 3.30.

Unfortunately, top scorer Anton Dowds and influential midfielders Chris Lane and Adam Breen will be absent from the Watt squad, so there will be chances for others to make their mark. There was no Under-20 match last night due to it being Good Friday, so any 20s players that Head Coach Banji Koya wishes to call upon should be available.
